Honey — where sweetness is preserved.
Immortal Heron is the sixty-first microlot in the Garza Inmortal series. The honey process leaves the fruit's sugars on the bean during drying, creating a naturally sweeter cup with structured body.
Honey-processed at 1.800 m, dried on raised beds for 25 days with the mucilage intact. A medium roast that opens with caramel sweetness and settles into dark chocolate and roasted almond.
